JUNHE® 310 is a water-based, zinc-based micro-coating anti-corrosion solution for metal surfaces. This chromium-free coating liquid is especially suitable for spray coating automotive brake discs. It forms a silver-white chromium-free Dacromet coating with a smooth surface finish, excellent recoatability, outstanding salt spray resistance, and strong high-temperature performance.
Description
This coating solution consists of three components: A, B, and C.
Component A: A silver-gray paste mainly composed of ultrafine flake zinc, aluminum, and water-soluble organic additives.
Component B: An auxiliary component of the coating solution, mainly an aqueous solution containing anti-corrosion additives, special regulators, and other functional additives.
Component C: A thickening component of the coating solution, mainly composed of cellulose-based white to light-yellow powder.
Environmentally friendly, water-based, and chromium-free, with good leveling properties, a fine and smooth surface finish, and no hydrogen embrittlement.
Excellent salt spray resistance: up to 240 hours after one coating and one baking process.
Achieves Grade 0 in the cross-cut adhesion test according to GB/T 9286-1998.
Resistant to high temperatures of 300–400°C, with no reduction in salt spray performance.
