This is an integrated continuous processing equipment for continuous cleaning, rust prevention and drying of standard fasteners. Adopting a stainless steel mesh belt for continuous conveying, the equipment automatically completes spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing and rust prevention, air knife blowing and hot air drying processes. It is specially designed for high-volume continuous cleaning of standard parts, which effectively reduces manual labor intensity and ensures stable and consistent cleaning quality.

Continuous Cleaning Solution for Standard Parts
The fully automatic mesh belt ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly applied for batch cleaning of bolts, nuts and other metal standard fasteners. Workpieces are placed on the stainless steel mesh belt and automatically conveyed to each processing station by the transmission system. After finishing cleaning, rinsing, rust prevention, air blowing and hot air drying procedures, the finished workpieces are automatically output.
The equipment is perfectly suitable for production scenarios with large output, high manual cleaning labor intensity and strict requirements on cleaning consistency and uniformity.

Equipped with dedicated spray rinsing and anti-rust stations to thoroughly reduce residual cleaning agents on workpiece surfaces. It effectively avoids secondary contamination, ensures clean and dry workpiece surfaces, and provides reliable short-term rust protection for standard fasteners.

Stable & Safe Operation
The equipment is equipped with circulating filtration system, liquid level protection, low liquid level alarm, variable frequency speed regulation and emergency stop devices. It features intuitive operation, safe running status and convenient daily maintenance, reducing equipment failure rate and operational risks.
