Description
JUNHE®2580 Cleaning Additive is a product specifically designed for the cleaning process of photovoltaic cells. Through enhanced surface activity and chemical synergies, it significantly improves the cleaning ability of highly contaminated silicon wafers (such as oil, polishing residue, etc.), especially against stubborn contaminants. The innovative formulation replaces traditional hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) systems, efficiently decomposing organic matter and removing micron/sub-micron particulate impurities while reducing oxidant dependence, reducing the risk of surface contamination.
Product characteristics
1. pH buffer: Maintain the pH stability of the fleecing solution and cleaning solution (such as pH 2-4 for acidic systems and pH 10-12 for alkaline systems).
2. Temperature tolerance: Chemical stability under high temperature processes (such as texturing temperature 50-85℃).
3. Life extension: Reduce the corrosion of the equipment through the corrosion inhibitor, extend the service life of the tank.
Application field
1.This product is generally suitable for Perc, Topcon cell technology.
