JUNHE®9720 is a chromium-free water-based zinc-based coating liquid independently developed by Junhe Technology. It does not contain heavy metal ions, complies with RoHS standards, and complies with the no heavy metal emission requirements of China's "Environmental Protection Law". It is suitable for anti-corrosion coating processing of various fasteners and hardware. The coating liquid has excellent salt spray resistance and strong adhesion, and is suitable for anti-corrosion coating of fasteners and hardware components in the automobile, wind power, photovoltaic, high-speed rail, home appliances, and communication industries.

1、Safe and environmentally friendly:

The fluid is water-based, low VOC, has no heavy metals, complies with GB24409-2020\GB30981-2020\GB/T18178-2020 standards, and also meets the requirements of the EU RoHS directive and ELV directive.
2、Excellent anti-corrosion performance:

It can be coated through dipping, spraying, and leaching processes in conjunction with tooling.

4、Wide range of features :

stepping tray type continuous pre-heating and curing,each tray matched with each basket of coating machine,batch data control, prevent mixing parts,good batch management.

5、Long storage time: 

After mixing A\B agents, the performance loss within 20 days of stirring at 20-25℃ is less than 20%.
