5. Full-Process Automation and Precise Control
The entire process is automatically executed, from AGV feeding → flipping feeding → robot grabbing to each cleaning tank (for fine operations such as degreasing, water washing, passivation, etc.) → drying/cooling (efficient processing by spin-drying motor + heating component + fan) → robot unloading. Each step’s parameters are precisely optimized to ensure stable and reliable cleaning results.
