Junhe Ensures Brake Disc Coating Stability From Production Line to Coating Solution

As the brake disc coating industry moves towards intelligent manufacturing, production efficiency continues to improve and process control becomes increasingly precise, which also puts forward more stringent requirements for the application stability of coating fluids. Unlike simply pursuing equipment intelligence, coating fluid, as the core medium running through the entire coating system, directly determines whether the production line can operate stably and at low cost for a long time, and is also the key to ensuring coating quality.
Junhe has been deeply engaged in the brake disc coating field, developing brake disc coating fluids from the overall perspective of the coating system. Instead of treating it as an independent material, it creates core supporting components suitable for intelligent and flexible production lines, truly realizing that coating quality is “guaranteed by the system rather than relying on manual experience”. Among them, JUNHE®310G Waterborne Zinc-Based Coating for Metal Corrosion Protection is a special product for high-frequency induction heating developed by Junhe specifically to meet the anti-corrosion requirements of brake discs in the automotive industry.
This product adopts advanced technical formulas, selects high-quality imported raw materials, and holds a national patent (Patent No.: ZL2003101061714). It features a full chromium-free formula design and does not contain harmful heavy metals such as chromium, mercury, lead, and cadmium. It not only conforms to the environmental protection trend, but also can effectively improve production efficiency, save energy consumption, help enterprises realize intelligent operation, reduce the input of construction personnel, and lower labor costs.

Product Overview

JUNHE®310G Waterborne Zinc-Based Anti-Corrosion Coating Fluid is composed of three components A, B, and C, with clear division of labor and scientific proportioning to ensure stable performance of the coating fluid:

A

Component A

Silvery-gray paste, whose core components include ultra-fine flake zinc and aluminum, combined with water-soluble organic additives, providing basic anti-corrosion and adhesion performance for the coating.
B

Component B

With aqueous solution as the carrier, it contains special anti-corrosion additives, special regulators, etc., which can optimize the application performance of the coating fluid and improve the film-forming stability.
C

Component C

A thickening component of the coating fluid, mainly composed of cellulose substances, with an appearance of white to slightly yellow powder, used to adjust the viscosity of the coating fluid to meet the spraying needs.
