With the release of GB 38031-2025 Safety Requirements for Power Batteries and GB 44240-2024 Safety Requirements for Energy Storage Batteries—coming into effect on July 1, 2026, and August 1, 2025, respectively—the nation has set higher safety standards: power batteries must not ignite or explode after thermal propagation; energy storage batteries must not spread thermal runaway within 24 hours, show no external flames, and maintain intact enclosures. This signals far stricter regulations and challenges for the industry in terms of safety and reliability.

Junhe Precision is equipped with a dedicated UV spraying pilot line that accommodates cylindrical cells, prismatic cells, and liquid-cooling plates of various sizes. It can work with multiple types of UV coatings for process validation and sample testing. Based on the core data and validation results generated by this pilot line, the company can not only customize UV spraying production lines tailored to customer needs, but also provide a solid technical foundation for the ongoing development of UV spraying equipment.
