JunHe makes its debut at SFCHINA 2025 (China International Surface Treatment Exhibition)
25–27 November, E2-C41
Exhibition Overview
On November 25, 2025, the China International Surface Treatment Exhibition (SFCHINA 2025) grandly opened in Shanghai. As an innovative force in the surface treatment industry, JunHe made a concentrated appearance, showcasing multiple core technologies, star products, and digital-intelligent equipment. Under the theme "System Integration · Digital Intelligence Leadership", JunHe comprehensively demonstrated to global customers its full-chain solution capabilities in the surface treatment field.
Debut with a bang — JunHe’s first-of-its-kind equipment and digital-intelligent coating synthesis line.
On the opening day of the exhibition, JunHe’s self-developed, first-of-its-kind equipment and digital‑intelligent coating synthesis line became the center of attention. Based on a technology system featuring modular architecture plus digital‑intelligent interconnection, the production line enables flexible coordination across the entire process—including cleaning, shot blasting, coating, curing, inspection, and packaging. It offers the following features:
- Modular integration – Plug‑and‑play, modular, flexible connection architecture. Modules operate independently, and multiple process units work together seamlessly to form an integrated intelligent production line.
- Digital‑intelligent interconnection – Intelligent collaborative equipment has built‑in communication modules, enabling real‑time data exchange with MES via an IoT platform. WMS dispatches AGVs, combined with barcode scanning and intelligent scheduling, to achieve unmanned material flow.
- Flexible production – Highly responsive, supporting switching between multi‑variety, small‑batch, and large‑scale continuous production, quickly adapting to different order requirements and helping manufacturers upgrade flexibility.
- Green and energy‑efficient – Smart manufacturing with an energy‑saving process chain, precise control, and intelligent energy management, balancing environmental protection and efficiency to set a benchmark for sustainable smart manufacturing.
This innovative solution attracted many leading automotive parts companies to stop and hold discussions.
The water-based zinc-aluminum micro-coating liquid became the focus of attention.
