JUNHE®JUNHE®310G is a chromium-free coating fluid, which is an alternative high-tech and environmentally friendly product in the surface coating treatment industry in the world today. Using advanced technological formulas and foreign high-quality raw materials (State Intellectual Property Office Invention Patent No.: ZL2003101061714), this product is specially developed for the spraying needs of automotive brake system components. The product does not contain harmful heavy metals such as chromium, mercury, lead, cadmium, and complies with the European Union RoHS and REACH standards. The coating fluid meets Volkswagen 193 standards and is a designated product by Volkswagen OEM.
FunctionalProprty
The coating fluid is composed of three components: A, B, and C:
- A:It is mainly a silver-gray slurry composed of ultra-fine scaly zinc, aluminum and water-soluble organic additives;
- B:It is the additive component of the coating fluid and it is mainly an aqueous solution containing anti-corrosion additives, special regulators, etc.;
- C:It is the thickening component of the coating fluid, and its main component is cellulose-like white to slightly yellow powder.
- Environmentally friendly, chromium-free, good leveling, fine surface, no hydrogen embrittlement;
- Induction heating only takes 10-15 seconds for each beat;
- Passed the GB\T9286-1998 hundred grid marking test and reached level 0 standard;
- High temperature resistance 300-400 degrees Celsius, salt spray performance remains unchanged;
- The product has excellent anti-corrosion ability under salt spray test, and can be achieved for 240 hours after one spray and drying;
- Comply with EU ROHS and REACH standards;
