The coating liquid is composed of three components: A, B, and C:
It is mainly a silver mortar composed of ultra-fine flake Zn, ultra-fine flake Al and alcohol compounds.
It is the solvent component of the coating solution, mainly an orange-red aqueous solution containing Cr6+.
It is the thickening component of the coating liquid, mainly cellulose-like white or slightly yellow powder.
The film is silvery white, with good surface finish, good recoatability, salt spray performance exceeding national standards, good adhesion, and the finished liquid has a long anti-aging cycle.
