Herein we share with our customers poor coating adhesion reasons and solutions.
Phenomenon: scribe test can't pass the national testing standards
The reason cause effusion:
One: Degreasing not clean
Degreasing not clean is most common cause, daily inspection use water film method and visual. Usually there are 3 degreasing method:
1. Water-base degreasing
2. High temperature degreasing
3. Solvent degreasing
Solution of following method degreasing not clean
Water-base degreasing:
①Check solution concentration, add degreasing agent
②Increase paint tank temperature or extend degreasing time
③Change degreasing agent
Solvent degreasing:
①Extend dipping degreasing time
②Change solvent degreasing agent
Two: Unqualified shot blasting
Shot blasting effect direct impact on coating effect, produce excessive floating dust, shot blasting oxide coating not clean will affect the adhesion of the layer and SST. So in our daily production we always pay attention to the number of floating dust in the work after shot blasting, whether can meet production standards. And pay attention to shot blasting time, shot blasting electric current, workpiece loading etc.
Three: Paint aging, impurity
①Clean paint tank regularly, every half month, use 100 mesh strainer filtering paint.②Inspect the paint tank every day, adjust in time.
