1. After the main motor of the coating equipment has been running for a thousand hours, it is necessary to replenish the gearbox and replace it after 3,000 hours of operation.
Each bearing that uses the lubricating oil should add oil to the oil filling hole once a week. The parts that use the grease need to be inspected every other month. If it is not enough, it should be replenished in time. The sprocket and the rotating part of the chain should be oiled once every 100 hours of operation, and the amount of addition should not be too much to prevent the oil from splashing.
2. The roller bearing of the coating equipment needs to be inspected once after running for six hundred hours to clean the oil and replenish the calcium base grease. The tensioning wheel and the bridge wheel bearing need to be inspected and cleaned every five hundred hours to replenish the lubricating oil (fat).
3. The inside of the drying tunnel is treated every 500 hours to remove the accumulated dirt inside and check whether the heating pipe is normal. Finally, the dust is sucked away by a vacuum cleaner, and then the residual air is blown off with compressed air.
After the above steps are completed, remember to use the used coating liquid to circulate once, completely remove the dirt residue and complete the maintenance.
