It is necessary to replenish the gearbox with No. 32 lubricating oil, after the main motor of the coating machine has been in operation for one thousand hours, and to replace it after reaching the 3,000 hours of operation time. Every bearing that uses lubricating oil adds oil to the oil filling hole once a week, and the greased part needs to be checked every other month. If it is not enough, it must be added in time. The sprocket and the chain's rotating part must be filled with oil every one hundred hours, and the added amount should not be too much to prevent the splashing of the oil.
The roller bearing of the coating equipment needs to be inspected once after 600 hours of operation, to perform cleaning and oiling, and to supplement calcium grease. Tension pulleys and bridge wheel bearings need to be checked and cleaned once every five hundred hours to add lubricating oil (fat).
The inside of the drying tunnel is treated once every 500 hours, the accumulated dirt is removed, and the heating pipe is checked for normality. Fans should also be treated with dirt on the impeller. Finally, the dust should be sucked away with a vacuum cleaner and then blown off with compressed air.
After the above steps are completed, remember to use the waste coating liquid to circulate again and thoroughly remove the dirt residues to complete this maintenance.
