Junhe DST S800 + zinc flake coating line made improvement on the following points:

Coating machine
1. Optional isolation room
2. The feeding door is made by No.4 square tube,rigid and stable,elegant appearance.
3. The cylinder protective jacket,effectively applying a cylinder piston rod,increase service life of oil cylinder and hydraulic station.
4. Add the forcing loose basket guide rod,improve safety, increase the service life of the basket, running cost reduced.
5. Change air cylinder to oil cylinder,high pressure and stability,reduces the customer's operating cost.
6. Double spring increase efficiency

8. Turning section from sliding friction to rolling friction
