Zincover®9130 waterborne nano top coating is a new waterborne functional top coating independently developed by JUNHE, which does not contain heavy metal ions, complies with RoHS standards, and meets the requirements of China's Environmental Protection Law for no heavy metal emissions, and can be used as a top coating for waterborne and oil-based zinc-based coatings, hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing and blackening parts to improve the hardness of coatings, and increase the resistance of the workpiece to salt spray to more than 1600h, while solving the problem that the base coat is not resistant to acid, alkali and bumping. At the same time, it solves the problem that the primer is not resistant to acid, alkali and bumping.

It complies with RoHS standard, improves the hardness of the coating, increases the salt spray resistance of the workpiece to more than 1600h, and solves the problems of the primer not being resistant to acid, alkali and bumping.

FunctionalProprty

1、Safe and environmentally friendly

The fluid is water-based, low VOC, has no heavy metals, complies with GB24409-2020\GB30981-2020\GB/T18178-2020 standards, and also meets the requirements of the EU RoHS directive and ELV directive.

2、Good scratch resistance

It is a ceramic-like coating of which dry film hardness has excellent anti-sand, anti-bump, and anti-scratch properties.

3、Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion

The primer + topcoat process can significantly improve the salt spray, acid and alkali resistance of the original primer.

4、Simple coating process

It has good coating performance, can be dip-coated, has a wide range of spraying process parameters, and the coating construction is simple and convenient.

5、Low coating cost

The primer is 8~12μm. The dry film coating is 1~3μm and its functions can be reflected. It also has low temperature and wide range baking, low cost of use.
