Short Description:

JUNHE®9680 high-reflective glaze is applied to the backplane glass of photovoltaic dual-wave modules. Its main components are titanium dioxide, low-melting glass powder, organic binders, additives, etc. It is coated on the glass surface through silk screen printing. After the glass is tempered at high temperature, organic matter The inorganic materials that are volatilized by carbonization and remain adhere to the glass, achieving the characteristics of high reflection, high weather resistance and corrosion resistance of the glaze.

Product Features

1、High reflectivity

For high reflectivity, the product uses titanium dioxide with high whiteness and high weather resistance. At the same time, by adjusting the composition and process of the glass powder, the whiteness and covering of the titanium dioxide are maximized. The average reflectivity of 200-mesh printing is around 78.

2、 Low expansion coefficient

High strength and low expansion coefficient of the product. After tempering, a large compressive stress is formed on the glass surface. Under normal circumstances, the cross falling ball on the non-silk screen surface can reach more than 70cm (2mm glass 227 iron ball).

3、 Excellent acid and alkali resistance

The product has excellent acid and alkali resistance, and the glaze has strong hydrolysis resistance under high temperature and high humidity conditions.

4、 Wide construction conditions

The product has a moderate softening point and is suitable for different tempering parameters. It can be softened when the actual temperature in the high temperature zone reaches above 695°.

Glaze properties

1、Pencil hardness standard ≥3H.

2、The adhesion standard requires ≤1 level.

3、Washing resistance test: According to the method specified in GB/T 9266, the reflectance attenuation shall not exceed 3% for 1000 times.

4、Neutral salt spray resistance: tested according to the method specified in GB/T 1771 for 96 hours, the reflectivity attenuation does not exceed 3%.

5、Temperature resistance degeneration test: According to the method specified in IEC 61215, the reflectivity attenuation does not exceed 3%.

6、Humidity and freezing test: According to the method specified in IEC 61215, the reflectivity attenuation does not exceed 3%.

7、Damp heat test: According to the method specified in IEC 61215, the reflectivity attenuation does not exceed 3%.

8、Ultraviolet pretreatment test: According to the method specified in IEC 61215, the reflectance attenuation does not exceed 3%.

Precautions

The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated place. The shelf life of the product is 6 months.
